what i can say is slow down with lightings all around objects, especially in third picture and spaceship. Try to light up surfaces that gives light or reflect it ( like glass, metal ). Theres no need to light up everything.
Also u can use different brushes. I see that u mostly use blured brush or something that gives simillar effect. Try various sharp and soft edge brushes.
